Is God Is Responsible for All Evil?

(Isaiah 45:7) “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.”

(Proverbs 16:4) “The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.”

( Amos 3:6 ) “Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?"

( Judges 9:23) “Then GOD sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt trecherously with Abimelech.”

(Exodus 13) GOD created leprosy in order to punish humans.

(Lamentations 3:38) “Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good? 

(Jeremiah 18:11) “Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem saying, Thus saith the LORD: Behold, I frame evil against you and devise a devidce against you. . .”

(Isaiah 63:17) “O LORD, why has thou made us to err from thy ways?

(I Samuel 16:14) “But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.” 

(I Samuel 18:10) “And it came to pass on the morrow, that the evil spirit from GOD came upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house.”
